Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! We offer one free exchange per order if you need a different size or color. Simply follow the return process outlined above and indicate what you would like to exchange your item for.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

We offer free shipping for orders over $30. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, we strictly enforce a hygiene policy to ensure the safety and quality of our inventory.

What are the conditions for returning an item?
  • Unworn Condition: Items must be absolutely unworn, unwashed, and free of any marks, stains, or residual scents (such as deodorant, makeup, or perfume).
  • Original Packaging: All original tags, labels, and hygienic liners (if applicable) must be attached and intact.
  • Tried on Correctly: For sanitary reasons, all items must be tried on over your own clean underwear.

Please Note: Any item that fails our quality inspection will be returned to you, and a refund will not be issued.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our hygiene standards. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
