Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Baerely. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Hygiene Policy
Due to the intimate nature of products, the following conditions are strictly enforced for all returns and exchanges:
- Unworn Condition: Items must be absolutely unworn, unwashed, and free of any marks, stains, or residual scents (including deodorant, makeup, or perfume).
- Original Tags & Packaging: All original tags, labels, and hygienic liners (if applicable) must be attached and intact.
- Required Wear: For sanitary reasons, all items must be tried on over your own clean underwear.
Note: Any item failing our quality inspection will be returned to the customer, and a refund will not be issued.
How to Request a Return
To ensure a smooth and sanitary return process, please follow the steps below.
- Start Your Request: Click the button above to access our self-serve returns. You will need your Order Number and the Email Address used for the purchase.
- Review & Approval: Please allow up to half a business day (12 hours) for us to review your request against our hygiene policy. We manually approve all returns to ensure compliance.
- Label & Instructions: Once your request is approved, you will immediately receive a return shipping label and detailed packing instructions via email.
Important Reminder: By submitting a return request, you confirm that your item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags and hygienic liners attached. Any item that fails inspection will be returned to you, and the refund will be denied.
Exchanges
We offer one free exchange per order if you need a different size or color. Just follow the return process above and let us know what you'd like to exchange for.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at staff@baerely.com so we can make it right.
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Items marked Final Sale.
- Gift Cards.
- Items received as a gift (can be exchanged for store credit only).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email about your refund status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Items marked Final Sale.
- Gift Cards.
- Items received as a gift (can be exchanged for store credit only).
European Union Customers
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days. The same conditions apply: items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.
